Card Spotlight: Tong Lottery Jar

Are you a gambler? If so, we've got just the card for you: The Event card,
Tong Lottery Jar. The Tong Lottery Jar is a rare card that is potentially more
powerful than many of the ultra-rares. That is, if you make the nght choices.
Here's the lowdown.

The Tong Lottery Jar costs 6 Conspiracy Points (CP) to bring into play.
Once the Jar is in play, you may place up to three cards with a set CP Cost
beneath it, facedown. These three cards must come from your current hand,
so the Tong Lottery Jar may require a little strategy to set up. The cards you
play facedown can have any Cost except for a variable one (one containing X).
The three facedown cards can be revealed to negate any card played by your
opponent, with an equal cost. A few good CP Cost numbers to place face-
down are:

CP Cost 2: Will negate Langly, most +2
Witnesses, plus a slew of other cards.

CP Cost 3: Will negate Frohike, X, plus many
other cards.

CP Cost 1: Will negate most +1 Witnesses,
plus a ton of annoying weenie cards.

Since the Tong Lottery Jar remains in
play indefinitely, you can wait for the
opportunity to wipe out the opponent's
key card. Try placing two of these Events in your hand, and experimenting
with different CP Cost cards beneath it, to determine which ones work best
for you.

The Tong Lottery Jar affords you the opportunity to accomplish a great
deal without breaking the bank. It also provides a little extra excitement and
entertainment for gameplay. If you enjoy Las Vegas, Atlantic City, or any type
